Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: $5/day up to $50 max after the 10th of the month
  • Early Termination Fee: Early Lease Termination Buy Out: 2 Month’s Base Rent
  • Transfer Fee: One month of current apartment base rent
  • NSF Fee: $100
  • Lockout Fee: $10

Utilities & Insurance

  • Water/Sewer: TBD Assessed based on usage paid along with rent
